高校图书馆采编业务外包模式探讨

Discussion on outsourcing modes of acquisition and cataloguing of university libraries

探讨了高校图书馆采编业务外包的几种常见模式之利弊,提出了各模式的改进建议及有效实施采编外包的具体策略。认为各馆应根据自身情况确定外包模式,不管采用何种外包模式都必须朝着"制度化、规范化、标准化"目标努力,才能真正收到实效。

Business outsourcing is commonly adopted in university libraries to alleviate the contro- versy between inefficient acquisition and heavy backlog. The advantages and disadvantages of the common outsourcing styles in university libraries are analyzed. Effective measures for improving the effieieney of outsoureing modes are proposed. It is suggested that for whatever mode the outsoureing should be orientated towards systematization, normalization and standardization.
