摘要
目前我国旅行社与供应商(主要指酒店、航空公司及酒店)之间的关系不是很协调,这是我国旅行社发展乃至整个旅游业发展的主要瓶颈,为了突破这一瓶颈旅行社有必要与供应商建立合作伙伴关系。根据旅行社产品的供求特点,可建立一种基于"时间—价格(成本)"的期权合同模式来实现旅行社与供应商的利益协调,从而构建旅行社与供应商的合作机制。
The relationship between travel agencies in China and their suppliers such as leisure companies, transport companies and accommodation companies is not very ideal. This is one of the main factors hindering the development of our travel agencies, and even our tourist industry. To resolve this problem, the travel agencies need to establish partnership witli their suppliers. Considering the supply and demand characteristics of tourist products, we can establish a collaboration mechanism based on "time-price (cost)" options contract to coordinate the interests between travel agencies and their suppliers.
