摘要
利用甲乙酮装置产氢纯度高、杂质少的特点,以其作为外来氢源,实现了半再生重整装置开工过程的优化,使开工时间缩短了33 h,保证了催化剂活性,降低了消耗,节约了300 t精制石脑油。
The hydrogen from MEK unit, high in purity and low in impurities, is a good external hydrogen source for optimized start-up of semi-regenerative catalytic reformer. The start-up duration is shortened, the catalyst activity is maintained and consumption is saved.
