摘要
以环氧树脂和稀释剂苯甲醇为囊芯,苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯为囊壁材料,采用原位聚合法合成了一种热塑性自修复微胶囊;考察了囊材与芯材的比例、乳化剂的用量、反应温度、搅拌速度等对微胶囊粒径分布和表面形态的影响;确定了制备微胶囊的最佳工艺,即囊芯质量比为3∶10,n(苯乙烯)∶n(二乙烯基苯)为9∶1,DBS与阿拉伯树胶复配乳化剂的用量为3%,于70~80℃反应8h,可得结构紧密、粒度均匀的微胶囊.该微胶囊的平均粒径为125μm,壁厚为30~50μm,囊芯含量为72%.
Epoxy resin coated polystyrene self-repairing microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization, using epoxy matrix and the dilution benzyl alcohol as core materials, styrene/divinylbenzene as shell material. The effects of mass ratio of wall material to core material, emulsifier content, the reaction temperature and agitator velocity on microcapsule particle distribution and surface morphology were studied. The optimum preparation techniques are as follows, the mass ratio of wall material to core material is 3 : 10, n (styrene) : n (divinylbenzene) is 10 : 1, the content of DBS and Arabic gum emulsifier is 3% , the reaction time is 8 h at 70480 ℃. The microcapsules with close structure, even particle size were prepared. The microcapsules are obtained with average diameter 125 μm, film thickness 30-50 μm and content of core 72%.
