摘要
以水为溶剂,桑叶为原料,通过单因素试验筛选对提取有显著影响的因素,并采用正交试验获得了1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)和多糖提取最佳的方案.DNJ的最佳提取方案为固液比1∶30,物料粒径60目,温度70℃,时间3h;多糖的最佳提取方案为固液比1∶40,物料粒径60目,温度80℃,时间2.5h.本方法快速简单,提取率高,适用于工业生产.
It is studied on the optimal technology of extracting 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) and polysaccharides from mulberry leaves by water method. Pass the single factor experiment to get the factors that show the important influence and by orthogonal design to the factors to optimize the extracting and separating process. The experiment shows that the optimum result of the extracting conditions were 1 : 30 the solid to liquid, smash state 60 mesh, temperature 70 ℃ and 3 h extracting and process for DNJ; and were 1 : 40 the solid to liquid, smash state 60 mesh, temperature 80 ℃ and 2. 5 h s extracting process for polysaceharides from mulberry leaves. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient with the water to extract. This method is advantageous for its high speed and extraction rate. It is suitable for the industrialization.
