摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,对微波法制备氧化羧甲基淀粉的工艺条件进行了探索,采用正交试验分析了各因素对产品性能的影响,确定出最佳配方及反应条件:当淀粉质量为20g时CH2ClCOOH加入量为4.7g,NaOH与CH2ClCOOH的摩尔比为1.4,体系含水量为70g,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1h.并对微波法制备的羧甲基淀粉进行了红外、粘度、剥离强度等性能测试.
This research studies the preparation of carboxyl methyl amylum adhesive from potato starch under microwave radiation, analyzes the influences on preparation caused by different factors through the orthogonal test and ascertains the best prescription and reaction conditions. The optimum parameters is that CH2ClCOOH content is 4. 7 g, NaOH and CH2ClCOOH molar ratio is 1.4, water content is 70 g, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, and the reaction time is 1 hour. Further more, the properties of the carboxymethyl starch are studied.
