人机工程学在捆钞机造型设计中的应用研究

摘要 通过将人机工程学应用于捆钞机的造型设计,阐明了人机工程学在产品造型设计中的重要作用,并提出在机电产品造型设计中,对于技术成熟、内部结构形态变换性很小的产品,可以通过人机工程学分析、形态设计以及色彩调控,赋予产品人性化的界面,为使用者提供操作的便利、安全以及愉悦的使用体验,使产品的功能与造型实现技术与艺术的完美结合,从而达成"人-机-环境"的和谐. This paper describes the important role of Man-Machine Engineering in product design through the application and reasch of Man-Machine Engineering in Bill-Bind machine design. the article showed that in mechanical and electrical product design, to the product which had mature technology and could change little in the construction, the method of the analysis of Man-Machine Engineering, form design, detail design and color blend can be applied to give the human nature inter-face to the product, and supply the user with convenient ,safe and pleasant using experience; technology's and art's perfect joint is achieved by the product's function and shape; then a harmony "Man-Machine-Environment" system is informed.
