摘要 目的:探讨医学院校临床系学生综合素质与个性特征的关联性。方法:采用NEO-PI-R对261名临床医学大三的学生进行人格测评,分析优、良、中、差四组学生综合素质的个性特征,并进行相关分析。结果:①四组综合测评成绩的临床系医学生在情绪性、外向性和严谨性三个维度的差异显著;在30种人格特质中,有16种存在显著的组间差异,其中综合素质得分最低的一组学生在焦虑、愤怒性敌意、抑郁、自我意识、冲动性、脆弱性、幻想7个特质得分显著高于其它三组;而乐群性、活跃性、行动、坦诚、顺从性、胜任感、条理性、事业心、自律性9个特质得分显著低于其它三组。②德育、智育、体育及综合测评总分与外向性、严谨性二个维度呈显著正相关,而德育及综合测评总分与神经质维度呈显著负相关。结论:医学生综合素质的优劣与个性特征有关。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the comprehensive quality with personality character of medical students. Methods:A Mandarin Chinese version of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory(NEO-PI-R) was administered to 261 medical students in third grade of medical college.To analysis the personality characters in 4 groups of different comprehensive quality and relationship between personality characters and comprehensive quality.Results: ① there were significant positive relationships between morality,intelligence and physical quality.② there were significant differences in 4 groups of different comprehensive quality on three dimensions of Neuroticisms,Extraversions and Strictness.There were significant differences in 16 Personality Character.③ there were significant positive relationship between morality,intelligence,physical quality,total comprehensive quality and 2 dimensions of Extraversions,Strictness.There were significant negative relationship between morality,intelligence,physical quality,total comprehensive quality and Neuroticisms.Conclusions: There are relationships between the comprehensive quality and the personality characters in medical students.
