单用心理暗示与合并阿普唑仑治疗性病恐怖症的对照研究

The controlled study of Psychological suggestion and Alprazolam on Venereophobia

目的:对照研究单用心理暗示与合并阿普唑仑治疗性病恐怖症的疗效。方法:对60例性病恐怖症患者分别采用单用心理暗示与合并阿普唑仑治疗,对照分析治疗前后症状疗效评定和SCL-90症状自评中的恐怖分与焦虑分。结果:合并阿普唑仑组的治愈率和有效率显著高于单用心理暗示组,脱失率显著低于心理暗示组;治疗后合并阿普唑仑组的焦虑分显著低于单用心理暗示组,而治疗后两组恐怖分无显著性差异。结论:心理暗示合并阿普唑仑可以降低焦虑,提高疗效和依从性。

Objective：To explore whether Alprazolam can improve psychological suggestion on venereophobia.Methods：Sixty patients with Venereophobia are divided into two teams： psychological suggestion without Alprazolam,psychological suggestion with Alprazolam.Before treatment and after 8 eight weeks,patients＇ mental states are evaluated and analyzed by therapeutic effect evaluation,phobophobia and anxiety in SCL-90 Measuretable.Results： the cure rate and the effective rate of the team with Alprazolam are higher than that of the team without Alprazolam significantly,and the loss rate of the team with Alprazolam is lower than that of the team without Alprazolam significantly.After treatment,there isn＇t significant difference in phobia between the two teams,but the anxiety of the team with Alprazolam is lower than the team without Alprazolam.Conclusions： Alprazolam can decrease anxiety,improve curative effect and compliance in psychological suggestion on Venereophobia.
