Agile development is the new software method of exploitation in the last few years, the Extreme Programming is it＇s important representative and to obtain the remarkable result on improved the software quality, enhanced aspects and so on development efficiency. As example , this article according to the university educational administration management system,in the project development, specialty in the test stage, we study how to apply extreme progranning and propose several development experiences.
