摘要
目的:探讨小学生心理卫生保健知识、态度和行为现状的性别差异。方法:采用自编《深圳市学生心理卫生知识知晓率调查问卷》,按照随机整群抽样方法对深圳市某区15个班678名小学生进行调查,按男女分成二组进行统计分析。结果:男生心理卫生保健知识总体平均知晓率58.65%,女生60.54%,女生明显高于男性(P<0.05)。女生在心理卫生态度以及对心理问题的应对行为等方面较男生积极;43.23%男生认为学校"没有心理辅导室",远较女生为高(P<0.01)。结论:建议卫生和教育部门根据小学生性别差异性,采取有针对性的心理卫生健康教育措施和方法,以全面提高学生心理保健水平。
Objective:To explore pupils' Psychology health care knowledge,attitude and behavior in difference sex.Methods:Using self-edit ,the 678 pupils selected from 15 classes in Luohu district were surveyed by cluster sampling method.The data were statistic with SPSS13.0.Results: The Psychology knowledge realize rate for the males' and females were 58.65% and 60.54%,the females' rate was significantly higher than that of the males(P〈0.05);the females more active than the males in attitude and behavior.The 43.23% males considered that there was no 'psychology consultation room' in school which much higher than the females(P〈0.01).Conclusions: we suggest the sanitation and education department take pertinent psychology health education measures and means according to difference sex,to improve the whole pupils' level of Psychology health care.
