摘要
电机转子是石化机组设备中的关键设备。针对某大型机组中电机转子振动偏大问题,利用有限元法对该转子的动力学建模,并考虑了轴承支承刚度和阻尼随转数变化的非线性,计算了转子系统的临界转速和稳态不平衡响应等问题,研究不平衡量分布对转子振动特性的影响,找出了影响转子动力学特性的主要因素,为转子系统的故障诊断和排除提供了理论依据。
Rotor system is an important device in petrochemical equipment units and there is a non--normal phenomena of big vibration in it. Based on the finite element method, the model of the dynamics characteristics of a rotor system was set up, and problems such as critical speeds and steady imbalance response were calculated. The effect of imbalance distribution on rotor dynamics characteristics was studied and the parameters affecting the dynamics characteristics of the rotor system were found out. This provides a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis and resolution of rotor system.
