中国大陆的伦理学研究是改革开放之后恢复和发展起来的,3 0年的发展中,在许多基本理论问题上展开过热烈讨论,其中比较具有代表性的问题有伦理学的基本问题、道德的定义、道德起源与产生的基础、道德本质、道德结构、道德关系的特殊矛盾、道德法律化的可能性、道德评价的依据、道德权利是不是科学的伦理学范畴、普世伦理的可能性等。中国伦理学学科体系的建立和发展,正是在学者们积极而健康的学术争鸣和探索中展开的。

The study of ethics in China's Mainland has been restored and developing after the reform and opening up. In the course of development over the past 30 years, heated discussions have occurred on some basic theoretical issues. Among them, the relatively representative issues include the fundamental problems of ethics, the definition of morality, the origin of morality, the essence of morality, the structure of morality, the special contradiction in ethical relationship, the possibility of legalizing morality, the criterion for ethical evaluation, the inclusion of moral rights into the scientific paradigm of ethics, and the possibility of universal ethics. The active and healthy academic discussions among scholars have promoted the establishment and development of the discipline of ethical studies in China.
