高血压病合并2型糖尿病靶器官损害临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Essential Hypertension with Type 2 Diabetes in 30 Cases

目的探讨高血压病有无合并2型糖尿病与心脑肾靶器官损害的相关性。方法选择高血压病患者60例(其中合并2型糖尿病的高血压病患者30例),测定其血压水平(收缩压和舒张压)?胆固醇?甘油三酯?高密度脂蛋白,观察其心脑肾靶器官受损情况。结果高血压病合并2型糖尿病患者与未合并2型糖尿病的高血压病患者比较,其血压水平(收缩压)较高,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高血压病合并2型糖尿病组心脑肾靶器官损害的发生率明显高于高血压病组(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病在高血压病患者血压水平和靶器官损害的发生发展中有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between essential hypertension（EH） with/without type 2 diabetes （2-DM） and target-organ damage. Methods 60 patients with essential hypertension（30 patients with type 2 diabetes） were analyzed. The levels of blood pressure （SBP and DBP） , cholesterol （CHO） , triglyceride （TG） and so on were measured. The target-organ damage events were recorded during the period of follow up. Results The levels of blood pressure（SBP） was higher in EH-2DM group that in EH group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The EH-2DM group had more target-organ damage events than the EH group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Type 2 diabetes may play a role development and progression of blood pressure and the target-organ damage in essential hypertension patients.
