更昔洛韦联合弥可保治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效观察

Curative Effect of Ganciclovir and Methycobal in Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

目的观察更昔洛韦联合弥可保治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法将32例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,前者给予更昔洛韦静脉滴注及弥可保肌内注射,对照组给予更昔洛韦静脉滴注及维生素B12肌内注射,观察两组患者用药后症状改善情况。结果治疗组有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组有效率(62.5%),P<0.05,且治疗组镇痛效果迅速而持久。结论更昔洛韦联合弥可保能迅速持久的缓解带状疱疹患者神经痛症状。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Ganciclovir and Methycobal on the herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods 32 patients of herpes zoster were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. The therapy group was given intravenous drip of Ganciclovir and intramuscular injection of Methycobal ;whereas the control group was given intravenous drip of Ganciclovir and intramuscular injection of vitamin B12. Results The effective rate of therapy group was 87.5% , dramatically higher than that of control group（62.5% ） , P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Ganciclovir and Methycobal can get an instant and persitract curative effect for patients with herpes zoster.
