脊柱骨折手术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理

Prophylaxis and Nursing Care of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after Vertebral Column Operations

目的对DVT发病机制及危险因素评估、脊柱骨折手术后DVT症状的观察、脊柱骨折手术术后DVT预防与护理进行经验总结。方法对2005年1月-2006年12月在我科行脊柱骨折手术患者93例,进行手术后DVT症状的观察和护理的系统回顾。结果3例患者发生下肢深静脉血栓,经治疗后无一例出现并发症。结论护理人员掌握DVT的发生机制及高危因素,并对患者实施健康教育,监督指导各项预防措施的落实,准确及时发现脊柱骨折手术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床症状并进行护理等,对深静脉血栓形成的预防起到重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the pathogenesis and risk facts,and summarize the experience in prophylaxis and nursing care of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） after vertebral column surgery retrospectively. Methods The clinical data about DVT symptoms and nursing of 93 fracture patients with vertebral column operations in our department from January 2005 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results DVT occurred in 3 cases and were cured without serious complication after the treatment of anticoagulation and thrombolysis with nursing care. Conclusions Holding of the pathogenesis and risk facts, actual health education, early finding of the clinical DVT symptoms after vertebral column surgery and good nursing cases can prevent from the DVT.
