高职院校学生知识产权教育现状与路径探究

On Current Situation and Strategies of Intellectual Property Rights Education of Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges’ Students

在对高职院校学生知识产权教育现状和高职人才培养目标及就业市场需求进行调研的基础上,分析目前高职院校学生知识产权教育的必要性以及存在的问题,并结合高职院校的办学定位和自身特点选择知识产权教育的合理路径。

Based on the survey on current situation of intellectual property fights education of higher vocational and technical colleges＇ students, objective of teaching and training as well as demand of employment market, this article analyses the necessity and existing problems of intellectual property fights education of students, and then puts forward the reasonable strategies according to the colleges＇ orientation and characteristics.
