高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设对策

Study on the Problem of Building Double-Certificated Teacher Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

在教育部相继出台的政策引导下,高等职业教育在我国高等教育规模中已占据相当大的比重,然而"双师型"教师队伍建设水平一直是高等职业教育可持续健康发展的重大难题。重点就政府制度和学校自身两个层面对"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的观念认识、竞争机制、激励办法和实施途径等方面的对策建议,以形成"双师型"师资队伍建设的整体发展之路。

At present, our country attaches great importance to the development of vocational education. Under the guidance of policy made by the Ministry of Education, the higher vocational education has occupied a large proportion in higher education. However, the low level of double--certificated teacher group has become the major problem of sustainable and healthy development of vocational education. This paper analyses of the existing problem from two different aspects： government policy and college, and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
