摘要
在教育部相继出台的政策引导下,高等职业教育在我国高等教育规模中已占据相当大的比重,然而"双师型"教师队伍建设水平一直是高等职业教育可持续健康发展的重大难题。重点就政府制度和学校自身两个层面对"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的观念认识、竞争机制、激励办法和实施途径等方面的对策建议,以形成"双师型"师资队伍建设的整体发展之路。
At present, our country attaches great importance to the development of vocational education. Under the guidance of policy made by the Ministry of Education, the higher vocational education has occupied a large proportion in higher education. However, the low level of double--certificated teacher group has become the major problem of sustainable and healthy development of vocational education. This paper analyses of the existing problem from two different aspects: government policy and college, and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
