As an important and indispensable element of overall quality of the Vocational and Technical college students, the technical ethic quality is very important for the students individual development. But the current technical ethic quality situationvocational college students is not optimistic, so Vocational colleges should take various measures to improve their technical ethic quality, from four aspects of trans forming education theory, course setting, strengthening staff constructiong and dereloping varions education activeties.
