德育实效性低是当前高校德育工作中的突出问题。究其原因,既与德育功能赖以实现的社会环境因素有关,又与德育自身存在的诸多问题与弊端有关。通过对构层级式的德育目标体系、不断拓展教育内容、关切学生的生活世界、积极开发和利用社会教育资源等方面进行探讨,提出高校德育走出困境、提高实效的对策。

Inefficiency in moral Education is a conspiciou problem in the current colleges, looking for its reasons, we can fend that it is both related to the social envirenment which the functions of moral education depend on and the questions existed in the moral education itself, we discuss the of college moral education going out the difficult position and enhancing the actual effect through building level mode target system, developing the education content, taking care of students＇ life world and using social education resources.
