促进京西南区域产业结构优化升级的对策研究

产业结构优化升级是转变经济发展方式的重要内容。在京西南五区产业结构优化升级的过程中,尚存在诸如优化升级路径相似、自主创新能力较为欠缺、资源瓶颈威胁与浪费并存、配套设施不完善等问题,为此,建议合理确定主导产业,发挥区域特色,完善区域创新体系,加强产业合作与配套设施建设,同时还要抓住国际、国内产业转移的机遇,从而促进产业结构的优化升级和区域经济发展水平的提高。

Industrial structure optimization and upgrading is an important content of the transition of economic development model. At present, there still exist many problems and disadvantages in the course of industrial structure optimization and upgrading in Southwest Beijing, such as the extremely similar path of optimization and upgrading, the lack of independent innovation ability, the coexistence of the ＂bottlenecks＂ threat and resources waste, the imperfect industrial supporting facilities and so on. Therefore, in order to promote the course as stated above and improve the regional economic development, the five districts in Southwest Beijing should select appropriate leading industries, give full play to regional predominance and features, perfect regional innovation system, strengthen industrial cooperation and infrastructure construction. Meanwhile, seizing the wonderful opportunity of industries trans- ferring from other domestic areas and abroad is way Southwest Beijing should undertake during its industrial structure optimization and upgrading.
