摘要
利用催化高温热解丙烯制得的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)对模拟汽油中的噻吩进行吸附脱除,考察了静态吸附条件对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,多壁碳纳米管能将模拟汽油中的噻吩吸附,其有效脱除率达86.053%,碳纳米管的饱和吸附量达0.4485mg/mg;剂油比和温度对吸附脱硫效果均有影响,室温基础上提高温度,有利于噻吩的脱除;噻吩的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。
Thiophene was removed from model oil by adsorption on Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes (MWNTs) which were synthesized by catalytic pyrolysis of propylene, and the influence of static adsorption conditions on adsorption capacity was investigated. The results showed that MWNTs could remove thiophene from model oil and the amount of thiophene adsorbed is 0.4485mg/mg, while the desulfurization ratio reached to 86%. The adsorbent-to-oil ratio and the temperature both influence the desulfurization, which was improved with increasing temperature compared to room temperature. The adsorption of thiophene can be fitted to Freundlich isotherm equationt.
