成人心脏病术后体外膜肺的护理

摘要 心脏病术后患者心功能障碍的发病率高达3%~5%,这部分患者大部分通过应用药物或主动脉球囊反搏可以脱离体外循环(CPB),然而还有1%的患者由于难以控制的心脏和,或肺脏功能障碍,需要较长时间的循环,呼吸支挣。体外膜肺(extracorporeal membrance oxygenation,ECMO)支持治疗可对心脏术后呼吸功能和/或心脏功能不全患者提供临时支持,使心脏和肺脏得到充分休息,但在高危患者中应用ECMO后相关并发症及病死率仍然很高。
