多采样率超声数字信号处理方法的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 在铁路车轮(机车、车辆、动车组等走行部车轮)通过式压电超声波在线探伤中,由于在线检测车轮数量多,硬件采样频率高,因而超声回波数据量很大,数据传输与分析处理时间较长.为提高数据处理效率,有必要对超声信号进行采样率转换以改变原始数据量;本文从超声检测信号的特点出发,研究了超声数字信号的抽取与插值算法并在CPLD上实现了采样率转换,降低了数据冗余,提高了系统处理效率,在实际应用中验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性. In the piezoelectricity ultrasonic on-line testing for railway wheels ( included wheels of locomotive, vehicle, multiple unit trains, etc. ), the amount of acquired ultrasonic data can be very large, and the time of transmit and process can be long, because of the large number of wheels and the high hardware sample rate for on-line testing. So in order to promote the efficiency, it is necessary to change the sample rate for ultrasonic signal to shift the amount of origi- nal data. In this paper, the features of ultrasonic data are mentioned, the digital signal arithmetic of extraction and inter- polation are researched and the sample rate change is implemented on the CPLD, the data redundancy are declined and the system process efficiency are enhanced, and the applications show that the proposed method has higher validity and reliability.
