摘要
针对电子皮带秤中速度传感器极易损坏的问题,对双通道皮带秤的测速方法进行了研究,提出了双通道皮带秤中无测速传感器称重的实现方法。通过对两个通道采集回来的重量信号进行比较分析,采用相关函数与卷积的方法,利用DSP技术计算出皮带秤的运转速度。实验表明,使用该算法,测量速度快,粒度高,成本低,具有较高的理论意义及经济价值。
In practical application, the sensor, especially the speed sensor of electronic conveyor belt scale is extremely easy to be damaged. In order to deal with this problem, it mainly discussed and analyzed the measurement of speed in double channel conveyor belt, and put forward a kind of double channel conveyor belt without the speed sensor in weighing. Through analysis and comparison of the weighing signal sampled by the sensor, the DSP technology to calculate the speed of the conveyor belt scale was used. The result shows this method is high testing speed, high granularity, low cost, and has upper theory purport and economy value.
