摘要
物流业务外包成功关键在于如何选择适合的物流服务提供商。本文构建了物流服务提供商的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各层次指标的权重,并运用模糊综合方法对众多候选企业进行优化选择,从中确定适合的物流服务提供商。
The key of successful logistics outsourcing is how to select appropriate logistics service provider. The evaluation index system for logistics service provider is set up in this paper via adopting AHP to fix the weighting of the indexes and making optimal selection by fuzzy comprehensive method to determine the adaptive provider.
