摘要
矿山酸性废水对环境的污染包括酸性废水和重金属离子两个方面,矿山酸性废水的治理也包括酸性废水和重金属离子处理两方面的内容。重金属沉淀分离是利用重金属离子的氢氧化物和硫化物沉淀溶度积不同,在控制不同的沉淀条件下,进行特定离子的沉淀分离,从而使得废水中的重金属离子得到处理,分步沉淀使得回收沉淀物保持较高的有价金属品位,更易于资源化。分步沉淀反应后,进行相应的固/液分离,并回流部分沉淀物至沉淀反应池,固/液分离后出水,经pH调节,可以达标排放或回用。
Pollution of mine acid wastewater included pollutants of acid wastewater and heavy metals, so treatment of the mine acid wastewatcr also included processing acid wastewater and processing heavy metals. The separating heavy metals by precipitation was selective precipitation of heavy metals with different balance constant of hydroxide precipitation or sulfid precipitation and under different precipitation conditions, thus heavy metal ions were treated and the better grade was obtained in the residua containing heavy metals, the residua was recycled better. The solid/liquid separation was processed after selective precipitation and parts of residua was been back to selective precipitation process, its effluent meeting integrated wastewater discharge standard could be discharged or be recycled after adjusting pH.
