摘要
中国零售业在改革开放三十年的最大发展成果是改变了消费观念、购物方式与生活模式。在中国经济改革所经历的四个阶段中,零售业的发展已进入了三次重大变革阶段。问题不在于一系列零售事件本身,关键是事件的背后的体制、心态与大环境。零售的出路在于回归零售的本质,要认识到:消费者决定,顾客是裁判。
The biggest achievement that the opening and reform policy has brought to China's retail trade over the past 30 years is the changes in people's idea of consumption, their way of shopping and their mode of life. Within the 4 periods that China' s economic reforms have gong through, the development of retail trade entered its third period. Today, the problems do not lie in the retail events themselves, but in the system, the mentality and the environment behind those events. The solution for China's retail trade is a return to the essence of the retail trade. One thing should be made clear: it is the consumers that make decision and judgment.
