高校学生党建工作对于培养合格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人意义重大。坚持以人为本,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,要求高校必须切实做好学生党建工作。在调查研究、认真总结分析当前学生党建工作现状的基础上,找准切入点,提出构建学生党建工作体系,加强学生党员教育管理,加强积极分子队伍培养和基层党组织建设等对策,切实推进高校学生党建工作的科学发展。

Colleges and universities must, proceeding from concepts of people orientation and scientific development, do a good job in students＇ party building work. On the basis of researches and careful analysis of the current situations of students＇ party building work, colleges and universities should identify the entry points and find countermeasures in areas such as establishing the system of students＇ party building work, strengthening the education management of student party members, strengthening the training of party activists and grass-roots party organizations, and effective promotion of the scientific development of college students＇ party-building work.
