摘要
目的针对退火炉所具有的大惯性和纯滞后的这种非线性对象,采用脉冲燃烧控制方法,设计模糊自整定PID控制器,以提高控制性能.方法在分析退火炉脉冲燃烧控制系统的基础上,利用模糊规则对PID参数进行在线的自动整定,提出了一种基于模糊PID的退火炉脉冲燃烧控制系统.结果给出了模糊PID控制系统的结构框图以及工作原理阐述,实现了对退火炉的温度控制,并进行了控制系统仿真对比曲线分析.结论从仿真曲线上可以看出,该控制器能使退火炉的温度控制过程很快达到稳态,具有较好的快速性和稳定性,产生的超调量较小.具有较好的动态和稳态性能.
Targeting at the annealing furnace with large inertia and lagging of this nonlinear object, I use pulse combustion control method and design a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller to improve control performance. Annealing furnace based on fuzzy rules on the use of the PID parameters on-line auto-tuning, based on a fuzzy PID pulse of the use fuzzy rules to adjust PID control parameters auto-tuning online in the analysis of the pulse combustion control system, and make annealing furnace combustion control system. Make diagram structure of fuzzy PID control system and working principle, realize the annealing furnace temperature control, and do a control system simulation and comparative analysis of the curve. The controller can control the temperature process soon reach steadystate, has good speed and stability of the resulting smaller overshoot has a good dynamic and static performance.
