摘要 NAC转录因子是植物所特有的一类转录因子,并广泛存在于不同的植物中。从NAC发现至今经过十几年的时间,NAC转录因子的结构和功能得到了较深入的研究。本文介绍了NAC家族的分类,NAC结构域蛋白的特点,NAC的生物学功能及其与植物的生长发育、抗性之间的关系。 The plant-specific NAC transcription factors play regulatory roles in diverse developmental processes and stress responses. Since its discovery, there has been more and more research on the structure and functions of NAC. In this article, the classification of NAC family members and the features of regulatory domains as well as biological functions were introduced.
