高等学校加强创新教育,首先,要转变观念,即转变传统的教育思想、教育观念。其次,要进行教学改革,优化课程体系。第三,要改革教学方法。第四,要营造有利于创造性人才成长的环境。通过艺术教育,开发学生的创造右脑;开设创造性思维或创造技法课程,培养学生的创造性思维,提高他们的创造能力;在管理上,建立一种鼓励创新的运行机制;建设具有创造性思维和创造性人格的师资队伍等。

To Strengthen education of innovation,colleges and univerities first should change concept,that is,traditional ideas of education,and secondly should reform teaching,and then should reform teaching methods and finally should create environment for innovative talents＇ growth.Furthermore,they should train students＇ right brains by art education,develop students＇ creative thinking and enhance their creative ability by curriculum of creating skill,establish a mechanism encouraging innovation and construct a teaching staff with creative thingking and personality.
