摘要
目的:(建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定厚朴温中泡腾颗粒剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法:采用依利特C_(18)(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-水(31.5:30.0:38.5)为流动相,检测波长为294nm。结果:厚朴酚在0.27~4.08μg有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.50%,RSD为1.85%;和厚朴酚在0.06~0.84μg有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为98.64%,RSD为1.91%。结论:本方法快速简便,可用于厚朴温中泡腾颗粒剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the contents of magnolol and honokiol in Houpo wenzhong effervescent granules by HPLC. Methods: Magnolol and honokiol were separated on Elite C18 column(4. 6mm ×200mm, 5μm ) and detected at 294 nm, using methanol-acetonitrile-water ( 31.5 : 30. 0 : 38.5 ) as mobile phase. Results: The standard curves for magnolol and honokiol were linear in the range of 0. 27 -4. 08p.g(r =0. 999 7) and 0. 06 -0. 84μg(r =0. 999 7) . The average recovers of magnolol and honokiol were 98. 50% ( RSD =1.85% ) and 98. 64% (RSD = 1.91% ) . Conclusion: The method is simple and quick, which is suitable for practical use.
