补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的测定

Determination of Icariin in Bushen Capsule

目的:建立补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(26:74)为流动相;检测波长为270nm,流速1mL·min^(-1);测定制剂中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.041～0.324μg有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.09%,RSD=1.1%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可作为控制制剂质量的参考依据。
