银黄含化片对咽炎模型兔C-反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6表达的影响

Relationship between the tablet of Yinhuang and C- reactive protein, interleukin-6 in pharyngitis rabbit model

目的探讨银黄含化片对咽炎模型兔C-反应蛋白（CRP）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）表达的影响。方法选择20只日本大耳白兔，用彭氏造模法制造咽炎模型，免疫组织化学检测法分别检测造模前后及咽炎痊愈后的CRP及IL-6表达。结果造模前CRP检测血中含量低，IL-6为弱表达；造模成功后咽炎形成，CRP含量增高，IL-6表达增强；动物模型康复过程中，随着咽炎的好转，CRP检测血中含量逐渐降低，此时IL-6表现为强表达。结论CRP和IL-6是炎症反应的标记物，在咽炎发病中起重要作用，银黄含化片有一定的治疗作用。

Objective To study the expression of C-reactive protein ,interleukin-6 in the pharyngitis rabbit model with the tablet of Yinhuang. Methods Choose 20 rabbits, use the method of Peng＇s to make the pharyngitis rabbit model, with lmmunohistochemical detection to determine CRP and IL-6 before and after the recovery pharyngitis. Results CRP testing before making model content in the blood low, IL-6 is a weak expression ,after modeling suc- cess, CRP levels increased, IL-6 expression, with the improvement of pharyngitis, blood levels of CRP gradually reduced and IL-6 showed strong expression. Conclusion CRP and IL-6 are markers of inflammatory response, which play important role in the process of the pharyngitis rabbit model, the tablet of Yinhuang has a certain therapeutic effect.
