γδT细胞与支气管哮喘

γδT lymphocyte and bronchial asthma

摘要 γδT细胞是一种在肺部含量较多的T细胞亚群。在发育、分布、表面标志和抗原识别等方面,都具有不同于αβT细胞的特性。支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)个体肺部γδT细胞的比例较健康人明显升高。在哮喘发病的不同阶段,不同的γδT细胞亚群先后发挥正向或负向的免疫调节作用。使用糖皮质激素,特异性致敏原皮下脱敏疗法,接种卡介苗,吸入单克隆抗体等方法,均可以通过作用于γδT细胞来发挥防治哮喘的作用。 As a subset of T lymphocytes,γδT lymphocytes are found in high abundance in the lung. The development,distribution, surface markers and antigen recognization of γδT lymphocytes are distinct with those of αβ T lymphocytes. The proportion of γδT lymphocytes in the lung from asthmatic subjects is higher than that from control subjects. During different developmental phases of bronchial asthma(asthma), distinct subsets of γδT lymphocytes seem to have specific roles, one subset promoting allergic inflammation, the other serving a protective role. Many treatments, such as usage of cortisteroid, desensitization of specific allergen, vaccination of bacillus calmette-guerin and inhalation of monoclonal antibody, should be used to prevent and treat asthma by interfering γδT lymphocytes.
