雷贝拉唑钠治疗199例消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效探讨

Discussion on the clinical effect of sodium rebeprazole in the treatment of 199 cases of digestive ulcer patients

目的:探讨雷贝拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡的疗效与安全性。方法:199例消化性溃疡患者,采用雷贝拉唑钠10mg(1片),每天1次,分别于用药前1天、用药后第1天和第7天观察记录临床症状与不良反应。结果:服用第1天、第7天的总有效率分别为48.2%、100.0%;5例发生不良反应,发生率为2.5%。结论:雷贝拉唑钠是治疗消化性溃疡的有效药物,起效快,作用持久稳定,且安全性良好。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect and security of sodium rebeprazole in the treatment of digestive ulcer. Methods： 10 mg （1 piece） sodium rebeprazole was used once a day to treat 199 cases of digestive ulcer patients. The clinical symptoms and adverse reaction were observed and recorded on the day before medication, the first day and the seventh day after medication respectively. Results： The total effective rate were 48.2% and 100.0% respectively the first day and seventh days after medication. Adverse reaction occurred in 5 cases patients, the incidence rate was 2.5%. Conclusion： Sodium rebeprazole is a kind of effective drug to treat digestive ulcer. It has quick effect, durable and stable function, good safety.
