膝关节风湿痹证的致病机制及治疗的研究

从中医络病学理论的角度看,膝关节风湿痹证的发病机制为:风寒湿邪侵入膝关节,进入关节腔后,由于压力的增大,使风寒湿邪滞留其中并转化为寒凝。这种物质具有5种致病特性:最易侵犯关节滑膜组织,最后侵犯膝关节后部的半膜肌与肌,晚期将会出现轻重不等的肌组织硬化,如采用中西医结合的治疗方法,可收到满意的疗效。

The pathogenesy .of wind-dampness arthromyodynia of articular genu could be known from luo disease. Wind-cold-dampness invaded the articular genu to make the pressure increased. So the wind- cold-dampness was detained in it and translated into cold congealing. It had five pathogenic characters. It could offend synovial tissue of joint easily. Then it could offend semimembranous muscle and plantar muscle in the rearward of articular genu and lead to different degree of muscular tissues hardening. Satisfactory curative effect could be accepted by the method of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
