心血管疾病是慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者最常见的合并症,是导致CRF患者死亡的重要原因之一。近年来的研究发现糖基化终产物、C反应蛋白、脂蛋白(a)、同型半胱氨酸、甲状旁腺素、瘦素等介质在CRF心血管合并症的发生中起着重要的作用。通过阐述上述介质在CRF心血管合并症发生中的作用,旨在为临床早期防治CRF心血管合并症提供新的治疗思路。
