Thermal Vacuum Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain:A report of 72 cases

目的:探讨拔罐的热负压作用治疗急性腰扭伤的效果。方法:对临床72例急性腰扭伤患者进行腰部及委中穴放血拔罐。结果:治疗3天后统计,治愈43例(59.72%),好转27例(37.50%),总有效率为97.22%。结论:拔罐的热负压作用治疗急性腰扭伤有较好疗效。

Objective： To investigate the role of cupping the treatment of acute lumbar sprain thermal vacuum effect. Methods： 72 cases of patients with acute lumbar sprain in the waist and appointed point bloodletting cupping. Results： After 3 d statistics, cured 43 cases （59.72%）, improved 27 cases （37.50%） and the overall efficiency of 97.22%. Conclusion： Cupping the thermal treatment of acute lumbar sprain suction better efficacy.
