中医药对介入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓近期疗效的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Combined Interventional Treatment for Acute Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的:评价中医药对介入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,LEDVT)近期疗效的影响。方法:132例急性LEDVT患者分两组,试验组采用介入综合治疗并中医辨证内外合治,对照组单纯介入综合治疗。两组介入术后6个月、1年的疗效评价按照制定的标准比较。结果:介入术后6个月两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(Z=1.353,P<0.05),术后1年两组临床疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义(Z=4.243,P<0.01)。所有患者均未出现肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)症状。结论:中医药治疗可提高LEDVT介入术后的近期临床疗效,防止复发。

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine on the combined interventional treatment for acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（LEDVT） the combined interventional treatment. Methods：132 cases with acute LEDVT were divided into two groups. In the study group patients were given the combined interventional treatment and Chinese herbal medicine after the intervention.In the control group patients were given combined interventional treatment. According to clinicalvalue standard, we evaluated the clinical therapeutic effect of different groups at 6 month and 1 year after the interventional treatment. Results：There were significant differences in statistics about the clinical therapeutic of effect in the two groups at 6 month and 1 year after the interventional treatment. None of pulmonary embolism occurs after the interventional treatment. Conclusion：The clinical effectiveness can be increased by the syndrome differentiation treatment and Chinese herbal medicine and they can prevent recurrent LEDVT after the interventional treatment.
