湿润烧伤膏联合庆大霉素在肛肠病术后应用的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Rectum Disease after the Operation by Moist Burn Cream Combined with Gentamicin

为观察湿润烧伤膏联合庆大霉素在肛肠病术后创面应用效果,将108例肛肠病术后患者分为治疗组、对照组,分别应用湿润烧伤膏联合庆大霉素注射液、马应龙麝香痔疮膏。在用药后观察伤口平均愈合天数、创面瘢痕、肛缘缺损、疼痛、水肿和分泌物等情况。结果表明,湿润烧伤膏+庆大霉素用于肛肠病术后创面的治疗,效果优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏。

The objective was to observe the clinical effect of rectum disease by the method of moist bum cream combined with Gentamicin. 108 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given moist burn cream combined with Gentamicin infection. The control group was given Mayinglong Musk haemorrhoids cream. Then observed the situations that the average healing days, the scar in the raw surface, the defect of anal edge, the pain, the dropsy and the excretion. The results showed that the moist burn cream combined with Gentamicin could treat the raw surface of the rectum disease after the operation effectively.
