针刺结合神经阻滞疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

Acupuncture and Nerve Block Treating Sequela of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察针灸结合神经阻滞疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果。方法:120例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为单纯神经阻滞组60例和针灸结合神经阻滞组60例。观察两组的疗效。结果:针灸结合神经阻滞组有效率为86.67%,单纯神经阻滞组有效率为63.33%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合神经阻滞疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可提高疗效,减少激素用量。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of using acupuncture and nerve block to treat the sequela of herpes zoster. Methods： 120 patients with the sequela of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients were treated by both acupuncture and nerve block. 60 patients were treated by nerve block only. Results ： The effective rate was 86.67% in combined treatment group and 63.33% in nerve block group .There was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ： Using acupuncture and nerve block to treat the sequela of herpes zoster could improve the curative effect, reduce the amount of hormone.
