在建立了重点城市反核生化恐怖防化装备能力评估的分层指标体系基础上,依据该评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判方法对某重点城市反核生化恐怖防化装备能力进行了评价,结果表明该重点城市的反核生化恐怖防化装备能力处于较强水平.

In this paper, the hierarchical evaluation index system of the ability of chemical defense equipments in anti-NBC from terrorist in important city was established. On the basis of the system and by combining the AHP method with the fuzzy synthetical evaluation method, the ability of chemical defense equipments was evaluated. The result showed that the ability of chemical defense equipments of this city was in a relatively strong level.
