This article used fuzzy math methods and ways of information to give the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of regional economic development level, and used C# programm to make the model instantiated, to obtain the evaluation system of economic development level. The concrete data of the related evaluating indicator can be introduced into this system to obtain this local economic development condition and give the policy-maker the visual reference to make analysis and judgement.
