摘要
柴油机燃油供给系统工作质量的好坏,直接影响柴油机的工作性能。阐述了在虚拟仪器中对柴油机喷油系统压力波的数据采集和特征参数提取,并介绍了在各种故障模式下柴油机喷油器产生故障的原因和特征参数的变化,利用人工神经网络模型实现故障诊断。结果表明,该方法可实现柴油机喷油器不解体故障诊断,在实际的故障诊断中具有一定的应用价值。
The quality in fuel injector system of diesel engine directly relates to the performance of the engine. This paper elaborates the function of the data acquisition and feature extraction for pressure wave of fuel injection system of diesel engine in virtual instrument. And then presents the reason for the diesel engine trouble and the effect on the feature parameters under any kind of the fault mode. Finally arti- ficial neural network was used in fault diagnosis. Result showed that the method could realize diesel injector diagnosis without disassemble. It is fairly value in applications to fault diagnosis.
