摘要
采用ALE流固耦合技术,以水下单壳结构和同等排水量水下双壳结构为仿真模型,讨论了双层壳体结构非耐压壳的2种处理方式对双壳结构抗爆性能的影响,比较了相同排水量的单壳结构模型与双壳结构模型的抗爆性能。结果表明,在同等冲击因子爆炸载荷作用下,与双层耦合方式相比,双壳结构的单层耦合方式预报得到的结果偏于危险,相同排水量的单壳结构模型迎爆面的径向挠度高于双壳结构模型径向挠度,而单壳结构的最大塑性应变却低于双壳结构,单壳结构模型迎爆面结构变形较为均匀,具有相对较好的抗破损性能。
Using the ALE coupling technique, choose single shell structure and double shell structure with the same tonnage as simulation model, the effect of different method of processing non-pressure hull on the anti-explosion capability of double shell structure is discussed ,the anti-explosion capability of single shell structure is compared with that of double shell structure. The results indicates radial deflection of single shell structure is larger than that of double shell structure subjected to the same impact factor, while its maximum strain is less than that of double shell structure, as the strain of single shell structure is more even than that of double shell structure ,the single shell structure have relative good anti-breakage capability.
