董仲舒教化思想具有一个较为完整的理论体系,其中,对于道德教化的基本措施、途径和方法的理论论述在不同程度上,反映了一定的教育规律,对于我们今天进行道德教育和思想政治工作,不无启迪和借鉴作用。本文从"显德以示民,化民以成俗"、"立太学以教于国,设庠序以化于邑"、"节民以礼,乐成其德"以及"以仁安人,以义正我"等四个方面加以阐释。
