摘要
连锁便利店的物流运作是汇集连锁门店的订货信息进行采购,从供货商手中接受多品种的大量商品,并按众多门店的要求,进行小批量、多批次、高频度、高效率、低成本的物流配送服务,因此物流服务质量成为了连锁便利店发展遇到的难题。本文立足连锁便利店物流服务质量体系的构建,阐述连锁便利店物流服务质量定位的方法,对其物流服务质量体系要素进行选择,根据连锁便利店的物流过程对过程性要素进行展开,确定物流服务质量控制的关键要素。
