基于知识能力集成的重大决策支持系统研究

Research on important decision support system based on integration of knowledge and ability

提出基于知识能力集成的重大决策支持系统的命题;并通过图表分析知识能力集成的过程及其与重大决策支持的关系,概要地提出这一理论框架。即高级知识库、专家库和其他硬件环境建设是其前提,专家互补配置、激发专家潜力及正确方法引导为手段的能力集成则是其关键;知识能力集成条件包括配套体制建设、重大决策支持平台建设和优化管理三方面。

The proposition of important decision support system expounded on ability integration and the significance of researching are expatiated in this paper. It analyzes the process of knowledge ability integration and its relation with important decision support through chart, and then propose framework of the theory summarily, with senior knowledge base ,experts＇ pool and other hardware environment as premise, and ability integration guided by proper means such as expert complementary configuration and expert potential stimulation as keys. The conditions of knowledge ability integration include three aspects： supplementary system construction, major decision support platform construction and management optimization.
